BOOKING FEE & POLICY
​
If you are late (no more than 10 min) for your appointment you may need to reschedule if there are appointments following yours. Please contact the office should this happen.
Our scheduling is very structured. And our time as well as others is very important.
​
You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appt. time to fill out new client paperwork.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs.,
You will forfeit the non-refundable booking fee & FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE. No exceptions.

RESCEDULING:
If you need to reschedule an already existing appointment you can carry your booking fee over to the new appt.
This is a 1 time courtesy and must be rescheduled at time of cancellation.
If not made, there will be an additional booking fee. No exceptions.
However, if you r/s more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another booking fee and the fees for that year will also apply.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. We understand.
Please contact the office immediately should this happen.

NO SHOW POLICY
Any client that NO SHOWS for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, plus an additional $100 for the missed appt. NO EXCEPTIONS
​
If you DO NOT reschedule a New Client appt., you will lose your non-refundable booking fee and any other future appointments will require another $100 booking fee to secure your appointment.

OUT OF STATE CLIENTS
Please keep in mind that even if an appointment is scheduled, there is the possibility that an unforeseen issue that was not identified in the photo or questionnaire may result in Mary not being able to perform the procedure.
(For example: Blemishes in or around the area)
It is recommended to purchase travel insurance as unforeseen circumstances can arise unexpectedly (weather, skin issue or illness)

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If you show up to your appointment and it's canceled, due to blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin of any kind or other skin imperfections in or around the area of the procedure, Mary unfortunately WILL NOT be able to do the procedure. Mary, as a 1 time courtesy, will allow you to r/s your appt. after the compromised area is clear/healed.

Mary is the only person that performs permanent makeup in our office and her schedule stays quite full. It is up to the client to maintain their current and future appointments. We do not guarantee confirm calls.
